Overview
Eternal Green is a home services platform built for a Canadian lawn care and snow removal company. We took them from zero to a fully operational digital business — a mobile app for homeowners to discover, book, and manage their services, and a private dashboard for the team to track bookings, crews, and revenue in real time.

The client was running a growing outdoor home services business entirely through phone calls and manual scheduling. There was no way for customers to self-serve, no central view of bookings or crew assignments, and no data layer to track revenue or customer retention — the entire operation was invisible.
We built three interconnected systems. The React Native app lets homeowners sign up via OTP, map their lawn and driveway with polygon coordinates for accurate pricing, select seasonal service packages and add-ons, pay, and earn rewards. The Rust/Axum microservices backend handles the full booking lifecycle — from creation through scheduling, in-progress, and completion — with dynamic pricing and JWT-secured endpoints. The internal analytics dashboard gives the team a real-time view of revenue, employee performance, fleet crews, service reviews, and customer acquisition funnels.
